Refund Policy

This is a nonrefundable reservation. Early departure will result in forfeiting the service fee entirely. The total amount of the all-inclusive, confirmed at the time of booking, must be paid at the time of purchase. Should you arrive with less people than the original booking states, you will still be required to pay the original all-inclusive amount or you will be refused check-in. Should you need to decrease the number of people in your group, you may do so prior to the arrival date of the reservation.

You are limited to (1) one complementary alteration per reservation, after this if any further changes are required, a penalty of USD$75.00 will apply, or you will be advised to cancel and rebook your reservation. All alterations must be for the same calendar year and are subject to availability. Refunds will not be permitted. Any cancellation received up to (30) thirty days prior to arrival will receive a full-service fee accreditation (credit) valid for 2 years, less than 30 days notice or no show, will result in the service fee being forfeited in its entirety.
